Jasmine Premium Wines are processed at YarraHill Winery.
The YarraHill winery is the most modern up to date facility
in the Yarra Valley. It has the capability to process not
only the 700 tonnes of company controlled Yarra Valley grapes
but also process grapes on behalf of major Australian wine
companies, such as Rosemount, Yalumba, Andrew Garrett and
numerous smaller Yarra Valley Vineyards. Stainless steel storage
capacity is in excess of 1.4 Million litres with a Red fermentation
capacity of 600 tonne. |
The facility is able to store 2,000 barrels in temperature
controlled cool-rooms. Small batch and specialised winemaking
services for the super-premium segment of the market is also
offered to prospective clients. |
